The problem is simple; Students in post-secondary education suffer from mental health challenges. It’s tough to study, not know where life is taking you and feeling lost. We wanted to connect students to like minded experienced peers in their own community.

Everyday, my team gets more questions from inside our organization than they can answer. Introducing GoBOT - an automated chatbot service built using IBM’s Watson solution to answer commonly asked questions. The best part - GoBOT gets smarter.

As e-commerce grows, people are ordering more online. How can customers ensure their packages are secure-once they’re dropped off? Safe-D Box is a potential solution to the problem of package theft.

For this project, I imagined myself as being the head of product for Stitcher Radio. I answered one main question; what would I do to improve the overall user experience on Stitcher?

Government challenges are large, thorny, and difficult to solve. For a low income citizen in Ontario to get social assistance they are required to visit multiple centers, fill out tons of forms, and wait for weeks before receiving an update on their application. Imagine if you could visit one center and apply for all of the social assistance programs available to you at once, and start receiving help in days.
